Being a wedding planner, I really love my job. But after a few tough deals recently, it felt good to be back at our homeground Raffles Town Club!! Though it is a country club, the services there can compete with any hotel banquet services. Always love working with the Raffles Town Club's banquet for weddings. And another plus point, there is a Japanese restaurant on the second storey that serve awesome Japanese cuisine. So to celebrate the belated birthday of a fellow colleague, our boss decided to give us a treat. *slurp*

(Didn't manage to get the price for this because it is not in the menu, this is a seasonal dish introduced by the restaurant manager)

Goose liver with Mustard miso
(The mustard sauce really brings out the taste of the foie gras, Heavenly~)

Prime Beef
(One of the BEST beef I've tasted. Medium rare, slightly bloody succulent tender beef)
Tiger Prawn
(Instead of tiger prawn, the manager swap scallop for us)
Green Salad
Garlic Rice
(Teriyaki set comes with rice, but we decided to try out their garlic rice)
Teppanyaki Dinner Set: Chicken & Seafood $43
Chicken, Tiger Prawn, Salmon & green salad
Miyabi Premium Set: Salmon $43
Appetiser, Assorted Sashimi, Agedashi Tofu, Mixed Tempura, Grilled Salmon teriyaki, Salmon Don, Salmon fish head miso soup, steamed Egg Custard, & seasonal fresh fruits
(Don't really know what is this, but taste like tiny fried fish cubes in vinegar. Appetizing~)
Assorted Sashimi
Agedashi Tofu
Mixed Tempura
Grilled Salmon Tekiyaki
Salmon Don
(When this came, I was already 90% full. But still, how to resist?!?!)
Salmon fish head Miso soup
(This is really nice, very flavourful and not msg-kinda taste)
Steamed Egg Custard (Chawanmushi)
The photos don't do justice to the food, took using my ipad mini because i forgot my camera!!
Didn't manage to get photos of the restaurant as well because we were rushing for our dinner for our wedding work but nevertheless, you can check out their website at or head down and try it for yourself!!
Wanted to try their desserts too, but we had no time. They have this deep-fried tofu cheese, sounds so interesting. So gonna come back next time!!!
