'Egg-inspired All-day Breakfast Restaurant'
The outlet I visited is the one at Evans Road, located along a quiet road beside Singapore Botanical Garden. Would advised people to cab or drive in.

Half an English muffin topped with corned beef, poached egg & Mornay sauce, served with sautéed potatoes

Scrambled Egg: Papillote $16

Smoked salmon folded over scrambled eggs on toast, topped with sour cream & served with sautéed potatoes

Sweet Egg: Sleepover Hatched Special $12

Drizzle maple syrup on thick slices of French Brioche toast, sandwiched with grilled bananas and streaky bacon in between.
